Welcome to Ask The Planets ("App"), a mobile application provided by Dinkel AI & Media Tech GmbH ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), located at Simmeringer Hauptstraße 24/220, 1110 Vienna, Austria.

By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Ask The Planets is a horary astrology application that provides astrological interpretations based on planetary positions at the moment a question is asked.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

The App is intended for entertainment purposes only
Astrological readings are not professional advice (legal, financial, medical, psychological, or otherwise)
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any interpretation
You should not make important life decisions based solely on the App's readings
The App uses AI technology to generate interpretations, which may contain errors

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Account

Currently, the App does not require user registration. Your usage data and question history are stored locally on your device.

Subsequent questions cost $4.99 USD (or equivalent in local currency)

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through:

Apple App Store (for iOS users)
Google Play Store (for Android users)

We do not collect or store your payment information directly.

5.3 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content that is delivered immediately upon purchase:

All sales are final
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google according to their respective policies
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple App Store or Google Play Store directly

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of the Company and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

By submitting questions through the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your questions solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
Share or distribute the App's content without permission
Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
